Terms & Conditions

  • Booking Amount – 30% with PDC Cheques (Depends on EMI).
  • Token money 2100/- for particular plot (book for 7 days.)
  • Agreement charges Rs.1500/-
  • Mutation charges additional, paid by consumer.
  • Registry charges, Fees or other expenses paid by customer In EMI mode.
  • Require document –
    1. PAN card*,
    2. ID Proof – Aadhar Card*, Passport, Voter ID,Electricity Bill,
    3. Permanent / Residential Address Proof,
    4. Passport size photograph-6.
